A Reflection on 35 Years of Practice:
Lessons Learned and
What's Next for I-O Psychology
By Mort McPhail, Ph.D.

Date:  March 9, 2017

Location:  The Lodge (1050 Des Peres Rd., St. Louis, MO 63131)

Time:  7:30 am to 9:30 am

Networking starts at 7:30 am, program begins at 8:00 am

After practicing as an I/O Psychologist for 35 years, Dr. Mort McPhail has given some though to what he could say to others about lessons learned that might be helpful. In Dr. McPhail's words: "While folks may already know some (or all) of the things I'm going to discuss, they may not have had an opportunity to compile and reflect on them.  I would love it if my remarks in this session would spark some conversation with others sharing their experiences as well and maybe adding to the list. Near the end, I might spend a few minutes providing some recent news from SIOP about the Conference, our advocacy efforts, and an update on the Principles revision."

Fees for this event are as follows:

  • $15 for Student GIOP members
  • $20 for Professional GIOP members
  • $40 for all non-members

This program is eligible for 1.5 CEU credits. Register Here!
